Music Together classes have been an ideal way to bond with my toddlers over some very enjoyable music. It is wonderful to see the little ones blossom over the course of the program, starting off shy and just wanting to watch, and eventually joining in all the fun little activities. My older children and I enjoy listening to the CD's. The music is some of the more high-quality children's music I have heard anywhere.

I signed my oldest daughter up for Music Together when she was 9 months old and was a little skeptical of the actual benefits but as a first time mom, I just wanted to get involved with an extracurricular activity with my child who was just too young for most things. Before I knew it we were singing Mrs. Julie's songs in the car everyday! She could pick up on beats and you could almost see the music "clicking" in her little mind before she could even talk. We sang in the car, on walks, on the swing set, during baths and she still hasn't stopped singing! The benefits are real and my youngest daughter is following suit now that she has started music. She is 15 months and already claps or drums her hands on things along to the songs that she recognizes. It's truly amazing to see how quickly their brains absorb something through song. We love Music Together, the benefits it has given our children, and the quality time it gives us together.

We absolutely love music together classes taught by Mrs. Julie. She creates a very warm and inviting atmosphere for both parent and child. My daughter really loves singing, dancing, and playing with the instruments during each class. She also enjoys listening to the music together CD at home and in the car. I'm so glad that we've participated in music together and can't wait for the new semester to start!

We always look forward to Music Together. With life so busy, it was a time with no distractions, just jamming with the kids. I enjoy playing the instruments just as much as the kids.

My daughter, Kira, who has limited speaking ability, has been learning and growing strong through music with Ms. Julie since 2011, first in Music Together classes and then in one-on-one autism therapy sessions. Julie skillfully combines music, education, and an understanding of Kira as an autistic individual to help her express herself socially with music, dance, and words. I also learn a lot about how to draw out Kira's abilities with the music she loves by participating in music therapy sessions. We are so fortunate to have Ms. Julie and Tuned Up Music Therapy in our community. Kira's creativity and expressive thought continue to flourish through music therapy with Ms. Julie!
